Our School Office
Our school office is open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on a Friday. Mrs Crosby runs our school office and is more than happy to deal with any queries you have.
Our School Day
We request that all children arrive promptly at 8:35am so that pupils can start their day in a calm and relaxed manner.
During the school day, a certain amount of time is spent on registration, the daily act of collective worship, playtime and lunchtime. The remaining time is lesson time. The official timing of the school day is 8:45am-3:15pm which amounts to 32.5 hours per week. The structure of the school day is as follows:

Collecting children at the end of the school day
The main gate is opened at 3.10pm to allow parents to walk round onto the playgrounds to collect their children. At 3.15pm children are dismissed through their classroom fire exit doors and individually handed to the adults (over 16 years old) on the playgrounds who are collecting them. Children from Year 4 upwards may walk home from school themselves if written consent has been given. (Forms are available from the school office.)
Late Collection
If you are delayed, or your children’s collection arrangements have changed, please leave a message with the school office and we will pass it on to your child and their teacher.
Please regularly update your ‘contact details form’ and ‘permission for the adults allowed to collect your child form’ at the school office.
